These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gob55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gob55 website at gob55.co and all associated services. By registering an account on gob55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

2.2  By registering, you represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration

3.1  Each individual is permitted to hold one active gob55 account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.2  You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gob55 login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. gob55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details.

3.4  gob55 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1  All transactions on gob55 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. gob55 does not accept cash deposits or payments via cryptocurrency unless expressly stated otherwise on the platform.

4.2  Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the gob55 platform at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change at gob55's discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

4.3  Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your gob55 account. This restriction is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with anti-fraud obligations. gob55 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4  gob55 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment service provider may impose their own charges, for which gob55 accepts no responsibility.

4.5  In the event that a deposit is credited to your gob55 account in error, you must notify us immediately. gob55 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit and to recover any amounts withdrawn by you in reliance upon such an error.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1  All bets and wagers placed on gob55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published on the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those rules before placing a wager.

5.2  gob55 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed in error, placed on a market that was offered in error, or placed in circumstances that constitute a violation of these Terms, including any instance of collusion, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of technical errors.

5.3  Live casino games and sportsbook markets offered on gob55 are subject to the results and decisions of the relevant game providers and sporting authorities, respectively. gob55 will not be liable for any loss arising from the cancellation, postponement, or curtailment of any sporting event or casino game session beyond our reasonable control.

5.4  The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game, sport, and market are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Bets that exceed the stated maximum stake may be rejected or reduced at gob55's discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1  gob55 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6.2  Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.

6.3  Abuse of bonus offers — including, without limitation, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other Players — is a material breach of these Terms. gob55 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings and to suspend or close the relevant accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gob55 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration or verification process;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics;
• Accessing the gob55 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the gob55 platform or its underlying systems;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening gob55 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

7.2  gob55 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1  All content on the gob55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of gob55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8.2  You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the gob55 platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1  The gob55 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, gob55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

9.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gob55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including any loss of funds, winnings, profits, or data.

9.3  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Termination

Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC and anti-money laundering checks have been completed satisfactorily.

11.2  gob55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority. In such circumstances, we will retain any balance that is subject to ongoing investigation or forfeiture proceedings.

12. Governing Law
